My stay at Hotel Hermitage was fantastic! The rooms were just as nice as a 5-star hotel in Zurich, perfect for me and my three small kids, spacious with a balcony. The service felt more like having a camp commander who was extremely helpful in guiding us to local excursions like lake tours and mountain peak trips, with convenient access to transportation. The location, about 4 kilometers from Lucerne and walkable around the lake, was great, offering easy access to the city and even provided tickets for bus #24 and Mt. Pilatus day excursions. The breakfast was delicious, satisfying, and plentiful. However, the dining area could get noisy at times. As for facilities, they were excellent, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
